Imagine a day with perfect weather – you wake up and see the blue sky, the sun is shining. You eat breakfast right by the beach, you eat sweet and juicy mango. Imagine you pack some things for a few hour long trip, even your kids cooperate – the older one doesn’t argue with you, the young one doesn’t start any drama. The four of you get on a small, colorful longboat, you leave your hotel behind and you notice, that the waters around Ko Lipe look even better from afar, than when you stare at them while lying on the beach. Then you pick up your friends and you know your son is going to be happy because he will have someone to ply and fool around with, and you will get to spend a nice day full of conversations, laughter, snorkeling and heavenly beaches. This is what our second to last day on Ko Lipe looked like. Once you’re there, I recommend you go on such trip! \ud83d\ude42 We bought it at\u00a0Sunrise Beach Restaurant<\/strong>, at Gong’s – I wrote about it HERE<\/a>. We joined our forces with another family – we paid 750 THB per each family, which is about 80-85 PLN.<\/p>\n

Snorkeling in Ko Lipe’s surrounding is obviously not Egypt, but there are some cool places. I was a little afraid of our trip, because when we travelled from Ko Ngai to Ko kradan, Jag\u00f3dka wasn’t that happy about being on a boat. This time our moods were contagious and she became very peaceful. The views were awesome, the weather was beautiful. The boat parks in some places for snorkeling – this is going to be a trip we will remember, because Ko Lipe is where Maks went snorkeling for the first time… and he loved it! \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

Having been to 2 or 3 places where the boat stopped for snorkeling and where we could see lots of cool, colorful fish, we headed towards a pretty big, but rather uninhabited island – Ko Rawi. This is where we’re supposed to get some rest, sunbathe and eat lunch.<\/p>\n

What welcomes us to Ko Rawi is white, soft sand and a lot of colorful longboats that brought people like us to the island – people thirsty for heavenly views. And it is heavenly. And also wild. Lunch? I imagine something like on Ko Kradan<\/a> – just some restaurant… like everywhere. But on Ko Rawi, there’s almost nothing – there is a hut, a few options on a piece of paper, beer, Coca Cola, but there is something nice about it. We sit down in the shadow at a wooden table. Almost everybody has the same thing on their plates – fried rice with chicken or larb gai – very spicy minced chicken meat and boiled rice. Then you drink Coke or beer and jump into the water instantly. It’s perfect!!! We stay a little bit longer than everyone else and this is when it gets even better – it’s more quiet, less people surround us, less longboats. Real paradise!<\/p>\n

On our way back, we go snorkeling once again and I know that this is one of our best days on Ko Lipe. Maybe even the best one of the whole trip? You need to do this!
